Tim Christopher, Founder/President
Rev. Tim Christopher has worked in the Alarm business for the past 33 years. Tim’s call to God was in 2012 when he became a Reverend at Berean Missionary Baptist Church, located in Minneapolis. Reverend Christopher received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology in 2017. Tim has been married to his wife, Tina Christopher for 33 years, has two grown children and two grandchildren. He enjoys coaching baseball, cheering on the Packers, skeet & trap shooting, ministering and volunteering. Tim’s first call to the community was back in 1997 when he helped install the first computers for a afterschool program at Fairview Park in North Minneapolis. From there he has continued to minister & volunteer his time to help feed and cloth the homeless and work with the youth. With many supporters, Tim and his wife founded Shepherds Works to continue to reach out to those in need. His hopes for the future is that everyone follows Gods word in Matthew 22:39 which reads. “ You should love your neighbor as yourself.”
Jim Dudley, Board Member/Secretary
Jim Dudley has been with Xcel Energy for three years working in Furnace & AC sales for Xcel Energy HomeSmart. Previously he did the same at Air Mechanical and MSP helping homeowners replace their equipment sometimes at the worst moments for clients since 2010. From there Jim owned his own promotional marketing firm for fourteen years. MSP was one of his clients, from there they asked him to work for them full time in the HVAC industry. Jim has been an entrepreneur most of his life, he has 2 grown children, lives with his life partner Tracy, enjoys watching Vikings Football, playing poker, and fishing at the lake. When he heard Rev. Tim at the Capital in 2019 then on Garage Logic he felt a need to assist him in his mission. First with a check and a sustaining donation. Then to help in starting an organization that is dedicated to the missions that Rev. Tim holds dear.
Tina Christopher, Board Member/Treasury
Tina Christopher has worked in Accounting/HR for the last 30 plus years. She is a mother of two grown children, has 2 grandchildren and has been married to Rev. Tim Christopher for 33 years. Tina enjoys reading, spending time with family & friends and volunteering. She has spent many years mentoring children, volunteering with youth sports, school activities, church functions, and many outreach endeavors. Tina along with her husband, wanted to find more ways to give back and to make a difference. Thus starting Shepherds Works. She loves being apart of something that helps others. “The reward, is that each person I meet on this journey has changed my life also and I am truly blessed for each and every encounter.”
